Raul Merlo
Videographer/Editor, UF News Bureau
Raul Merlo has been working in the video industry since 1987 as an editor, videographer and producer with an emphasis on digital media and emerging Internet technologies such as podcasting and streaming video.
Prior to joining the UF News Bureau in 1998, Merlo produced marketing and instructional videos for the corporate world, as well as television commercials and music videos. In addition to video production, he has also worked in the radio industry as a reporter, news anchor and talk show host.
Merlo has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including Addy, Telly, and Golden Gator Awards.
